Description
Class Experience
Students will learn elements of design (colour, shape, line, texture, space, value, and form), in the visual environment.
None required
Learners will need crayons and/or oil pastels and watercolour paint (if using paint a small container of water and paintbrush). Alternatively students can use markers instead of paint and crayons, although this lesson works best with crayons or pastels and watercolour paint. Optional to use about a teaspoon of salt to create a bubble effect if using watercolour paint.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No formal assessment other than completion.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
