*Contact me for schedule requests* Experience necessary. This class is fast-paced for high level beginners and intermediate ukulele players. Students taking this class should have the chords C, G, Am and F memorized. This class can be taken as a follow up to my 'Ukulele for Beginners' classes or for anyone who already has some knowledge of beginner chords on the ukulele. Students will learn the chords, strumming, and song arrangement to 'Somewhere Over The Rainbow' (ukulele version). The lessons begin with warmups for the left hand and the right hand. Students will be taken through drilling exercises where they practice changing from one chord to another. Students will jam along with the teacher to practice 'feeling the groove' and playing in time. Students will learn the arrangement of the song. By the end of the week, students will have all the tools to be able to play the full song. *Please note that most students will need more than one week of practice to play the song perfectly.
