Who's ready to master the world's happiest instrument? I know I am and we are going to have a blast together! UKULELE 2 - Reading Tabs Week 1: Fret numbers Week 2: Tunings and capos Week 3: Bends, slides, and pull-offs Week 4: Speed reading This asynchronous class is a perfect fit for learning music because each student can take their own unique amount of time to practice and master the material and still always have the assistance of the teacher through the classroom chat or video...
1 file available upon enrollmentA ukulele of some kind would be cool to have. But it doesn't have to be fancy. If it has 4 strings, there's probably a lot of progress we can make working with it! It's not what you play, it's how you play it :) I could do lots of great work even on a little toy ukulele. At some point, you may want some accessories like picks or a tuner or a capo, and you don't have to know what any of those are yet because just you and your uke have a lot to learn about each other still :) When it's time to add supplies to your music room, I have some recommendations here: https://www.learnpianolive.com/blog/329-equipment.html
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
