🏅 This class is perfect for 9-11 year olds, but this is not a strict age limit and other age students are welcome depending on ability.

Learners will receive:
-	8 recorded lessons that they can access whenever they need.
-	Worksheets for each lesson where needed.
-	Homework after every lesson
-	Personalised feedback when they submit work. I aim to do this within 48 hours of them submitting their work Monday-Friday.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
The video clips and content of the lessons that are about the Viking Saga Beowulf are gruesome and some younger students might find them scary. There is also violence in the saga (all the clips used are cartoons and the text from the book is read) This is true to how the Vikings told their stories and is a real representation of Viking sagas. I summarise each video clip after it is shown, so if the student chooses not to watch that part they can still keep up with the content.
Pre-Requisites
Children can start on this unit but it would benefit them to have taken unit 1 of these set first.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Sources
You do not need to buy the book Beowulf (by Micheal Morpego) for this unit but it will heighten children's enjoyment of the unit if you do.
