I have over 20 years in the health and wellness field, Masters Degree in Health Promotion, Bachelors in Cellular Biology and multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, to include: Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist. I also hold certifications through Yogafit and National Association of Speed and Explosion. I believe it is vital to approach Wellness in a realistic step by step manner, as opposed to the "all or nothing" behavior that is seen all too often.
Suggested Materials: Paper & something to write with.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
