The after school social club will encourage tweens to orally communicate with peers in a fun and relaxed setting. Students will start the class playing games like "Would You Rather", "Two Truths & A Fib", Charades and more. Students will be given time to share about their day (any projects they are working on, fun outings, their interests, etc.). The teacher is a trained Special Education & Gifted Education teacher.  She will facilitate the class in a way where each voice is heard, celebrated and encouraged.  Each class will end with a series of positive affirmatives, to help students look positively toward the next day and their success.
