Class Experience
Students will learn strategies to enhance and improve their mathematics skills. Students will learn strategies for adding and subtracting on the Soroban Abacus.
Dependent upon each learner *Teacher may provide extension activities for students to take home with them for extra practice if necessary
*For Abacus lessons: Soroban Abacus required if (can purchase the one featured in class photo on Amazon for $9.99)
Informal assessment of each individual learner
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
