Tutoring with Mrs.C

My tutoring class is molded to fit the needs of the individualized student. I Have experience in grades kindergarten through sixth and the content and curriculum in those grade levels. The topics covered will depend on the students need. I can help your child meet their goals in reading, writing and math. The tutoring will be one on one, with my undecided attention. I am able to create and give the child assignments to complete with me, or we can work on previously assigned homework from school. I will work with your family to find a model that is the bests fit. My approach to teaching is student centered, and goal oriented, but flexible. I am interactive, engaging, patient and calm, but also I’m able to give constructive feedback in a manner that does not feel overwhelming. We will play games, use real life examples and use a variety of learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic to engage your child. I look forward to meeting you!
