What's included

5 live meetings
2 hrs 30 mins in-class hours
Assessment
At the beginning of each session with a new learner, we will have a private assessment where I will get to assess them formally to determine their strengths and areas for growth and support! Then, learners will be assessed with a formative assessment style throughout our meetings to gauge for understanding and growth!

Class Experience

This class is for group tutoring sessions for more than one of your learners! If you have a group of learners who would like to be in the same class and work on the same skills, this is the class for you!

If you would like private, multi-day tutoring, I would be happy to provide a private section as well! Message me if you would like a private section!

Topics will be completely customizable to the individual learner, so it is totally up to you!
Example topics include:
-Reading comprehension/fluency
-Reading level assessments
-Writing (creative, sentence writing, sentence structure, etc.)
-Handwriting/cursive
-Grammar practice
-Spelling
-Homework help

My class is structured based on the individual section! Each of my learners have unique learning goals, strengths, and areas where they might need support! Please reach out to me if you would like to have something specific covered in class!

My teaching style is conversation-based. I love to get to know my student's interests first so that I can teach to those interests and relate topics that are fun and interesting to what they love! We play games if games are helpful, we have opportunities to practice what we learn, we can do homework help. It is totally up to what you need, and what I can help with!

In a small group class, learners will get to interact with each other during our practice. They will be able to discuss together and learn from each other's responses. I will never force a student to participate/respond if they are uncomfortable.

There is NO required experience or knowledge needed for this class.
Learning Goals
We will work together to accomplish our common goals together as a group!
