In these private tutoring sessions, learners will be given one-on-one help with his/her/their writing (including essays and speeches), note taking, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and/or reading, with lessons tailored to meet their individual educational needs. I can also assist with homework and help your student with organizational and time management skills. During the first session, I'll assess your student's current understanding of the subject matter, which will then help me create individualized lesson plans for our time together going forward. I welcome prior communication from parents regarding the specific area of focus for the sessions. Background information will help me better understand your child's needs. Struggling learners as well as learners who are working ahead of grade level are welcome!
