Description

Class Experience

These are private 1:1 tutoring sessions. Please message me with preferred times. 

I will be using the Heggerty Method and similar research-based methods for reading interventions and math practice. Each session is personalized to meet your child's needs, with a quick assessments of basic skills to measure your child's strengths.

Students will improve reading and math fluency, comprehension, and other foundational skills.

20+ years as an Elementary School Teacher providing reading and math interventions. Certified in Elementary, Special Education, ELL (English Language Learners) and Spanish.

Additional practice sheets are optional.

Paper, pencil (printables at times), whiteboard.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Through informal observations and practice.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
