Tutoring for Geometry, Prealgebra - Algebra 2, and PSAT/SAT Prep

Do you need help with your Geometry homework, test corrections, studying for a test, or understanding concepts? This one-on-one tutoring session can help you with that!

We will work together to help you succeed in Geometry. Sessions are individually tailored for each student. I like giving students many examples and a step-by-step process for solving problems. In addition, these sessions are the perfect opportunity for students to ask questions and practice problems without the stress of comparing themselves to other students.

I love those “aha” moments students get when concepts click for them and the confidence it gives. Personalized instruction is a great tool to kickstart students thriving in their math classes. My goal is for students to feel confident and positive about geometry and provide a patient, supportive, and nonjudgemental environment.

Geometry is my absolute favorite subject. I love teaching, reading about it, and creating activities for it! I have taught Geometry for eight years, and it is my favorite subject; I even use Geometry in my art.

TARDINESS POLICY:
I follow Outschool's tardiness policy for when students are late to class.  The policy as outlined here (https://support.outschool.com/en/articles/4626920-standard-refund-policy-and-refund-eligibility-guidelines), states: 
          "If your learner does not join the meeting 10 minutes after the class starts, the teacher may cancel it at their discretion. This is considered a missed meeting, and you are not entitled to a refund."

*** No homework will be assigned, but extra practice problems can be provided upon request.

*** To best serve your child, please provide me with the topic and/or a copy (screenshot, picture, pdf) of the assignment we will work on.
