US Grade Preschool - 1
Beginner Level
We will use funny objects and stories to learn the letter sounds. We will draw pictures for CVC words such as bat and hit. The students will show letter sound recognition by pointing to the letter that makes the sound dictated by the teacher.
Learning Goals
The students will learn the short vowel sounds and consonant sounds to immediately begin to make CVC words. The students will write and read a few words within the first two lessons. Students will recognize and blend sounds to make words.Other Details
