Parental Guidance
In week 3 we will be discussing a sensitive topic of parent monitoring. Below are what we will be discussing. Our in class discussion is based on the learners expressing their thoughts, the instructor will neither support or degrade either side of this topic. Please discuss with your learner to the level of your comfort either before or after class.
- Harry uses the Marauder's Map to watch Albus. Does this relate to things muggle parents do to watch over their kids?
- Why do parents do this and how much freedom is too much compared to parents keeping kids safe?

Teacher expertise and credentials
I am a complete Potterhead to include a pilgrimage to Universal Studios annually, a collection of fan shirts, and several books about fan theories on my bookshelf. I even own more then one wand which I may or may not be practicing the silencio spell with. It is all in good fun and with an appreciation for the magical world that JK Rowling has created!
