Coders play an essential role in our everyday lives, from designing reliable apps and games for all ages. Coders play a crucial role in advancing our technology to help me make our world a more connected and safer place. Students will learn the basics of coding in our Coding class and understand its steps to create a successful design. In this course, students will put on their coding caps and test their abilities by creating different projects related to the commands learned throughout the class. Students will learn that being a coder starts with understanding the vocabulary and navigating and troubleshooting errors that may arise. With the instructor's guide, students will learn that they can be a part of the coding process if they are willing to try.
Bright & Smart started in 2005. We have been teaching and developing our programs for the past 15 years. We create our programs with students' learning experience in mind; we want them to learn to love STEM and develop their higher cognitive skills and natural abilities; we help them see themselves as technology creators.
Homework Offered
Students will be allowed to continue to improve their projects in between meetings. Before every class, students can present their projects and the improvements they made in the process.Assessments Offered
