This class is for learners who know basic addition up to at least 6+6, but could use a little more practice. Students will need to print out the one page file to play this game. To play, the teacher will toss two dice. Students will take turns adding the numbers on the dice. If the student has that number on their board, they will be able to cover the number. If, on their turn, the sum is one that has already been covered, the student's turn will be skipped. If the sum of the roll is 11,...
Student will practice addition skills.
1 file available upon enrollment1. Teacher will provide the game board when you sign up for class. Please print the game. 2. Students will need a way to cover numbers. They can use coins, M&Ms, or small bits of paper. Please do NOT use crayons or markers or your learner will not be able to play the game more than once if they color the numbers
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
