For more than three years, I have connected with Outschool learners through literature, poetry, writing, and vocabulary. My weekly vocabulary sessions have been immensely popular. However, I often encounter older students who want a true challenge. Thus was born this class! 

Underpinning this passion for writing is a strong writing background. For years I worked as a professional journalist for newspapers, magazines, and various freelance and online publications. I also hold dual degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Journalism and French literature.
