This is a trivia style class where questions are answered in various forms (multiple choice, fill in the blank and true/false) to elicit a correct response from participants based on their knowledge of sports from around the world. Points will be awarded to keep students engaged and motivated. Points will accumulate for the 4 week period. Questions include topics of the Olympic Games, major league sports, top achievers, franchise history, size and dimensions of sporting equipment, and other historical sports moments. Welcome and review: 2-3 minutes Trivia Time: 42-47 minutes Wrap Up and Review: 2-3 Who will be the quickest to raise your hand to respond, and who knows the most about sports....the winner will be determined through a lot of fun and challenging sports related question. I have coached numerous sports over the past 30 years on various levels and have been a certified referee. I hold a degree in Psychology and an MBA in Sports Management. I also hold a 150-hour master teacher certificate for teaching English as a second language courses. Furthermore, I have served as a college counselor for almost 5 years advising students and families on the college acceptance process.
