Private lessons provide students with a level of attention and personalization unavailable in group settings. Students are free to progress as quickly or as slowly as they are comfortable with and are able to benefit from the flexibility in the curriculum. Students will gain confidence in their gameplay and learn to apply their newfound chess knowledge in real time. Students will also hopefully gain insight into their own learning styles and grow to become active participants in their educational experience.
