Trick or Treat! Our animal friends are out getting candy. Let's help share our Halloween candy as we learn about their biology. We'll learn about ghost sharks, vampire squid, Halloween crabs, pumpkin bugs, and Gila monsters!

Ghost sharks, vampire squid, Halloween crabs, pumpkin bugs, and Gila monsters! Our Halloween-themed animal friends are out trick or treating and would like some of our candy. Learners will help me give away our candy to our special animal trick or treaters and learn about their biology. Class will be interactive with plenty of opportunities for learners to provide input and ask questions. Learners will end class with a better understanding of the biology of a variety of animals, expanded scientific vocabulary, and fun facts to share. Halloween or animal costumes optional, but encouraged!

Parental Guidance
1. Masks are welcome, however, masks should be removed for identification during the first four minutes of class to meet safety and privacy policies. 2. Please note that costumes will be vetted by the educator to ensure that they met Outschool standards (secular, age-appropriate, etc.)

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
