In this class students will learn techniques used to paint convincing trees.
Class Experience
In this class we will paint beautiful trees, and learn about layering paint in watercolor. Class will begin with some deep breaths to help bring us into focus, followed by painting. Using step by step instruction, we will then spend a few minutes practicing technique, and then dive into creating a beautiful tree! My teaching style is relaxed and peaceful, with an emphasis on enjoying the process, vs. worrying about creating a “perfect” painting. Some drawing and/or watercolor painting...
- Students will improve their understanding of watercolor technique, and paint a beautiful picture.
-watercolor paper -watercolor paint -large, medium, and small round paint brushes -pencil and eraser -paper towel and water cup -masking tape -hair blowdryer
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
