In this class, students will be traveling with teacher Alice to Taiwan. We will be learning about the food culture, food traditions and food history. We will look at street food at the night market, food at the farmer's market/wet market, shopping mall, convenient stores, and restaurants. My family is from Taipei City, which is the capital of Taiwan. I have spent 6 years in Taiwan and enjoyed the food, culture, and traditions.
