Join me to learn all about some amazing state parks in the United States. Much is known about national parks, but little is often discussed out America's amazing state parks. Many of these parks are also listed as Historic Places. I have been to many of these listed state parks and can't wait to teach you all about them :)! I have a BA in elementary education with a minor in history. I love teaching all subjects but most of all, I love teaching others about the world around them. I have a great love for history, nature and the great outdoors. I have been blessed throughout my life to have spent a lot of time traveling across the United States. During this time, I have been able to explore many of our country's beautiful National and State Parks. My parents were both educators. My dad was also a park ranger for many years before becoming a classroom teacher. My parents both instilled in me at a young age the love for learning, teaching and appreciating nature. I love sharing these same principles with others!
