There was a big storm and the players have been trapped inside the practice gym. They need to break free in order to play in the playoff game. Can you use your basketball knowledge to answer clues and help them escape the gym? This class is designed to help students work together as a team to solve a problem. Students will be asked specific basketball related trivia that will help them solve the clues and help get the NBA stars to their game. The course will begin with introductions and explanation of the game. Then, each player will have the chance to answer a basketball related trivia question to help solve the puzzle. Our team will work together to solve all of the clues until we rescue the basketball stars. The end of class will wrap up with celebrations, and hopefully seeing the stars get free! Students will learn interesting facts about the NBA, college basketball and the game itself. They will work together in a safe, positive environment that helps build social skills.

I am so excited to be a part of the Outschool team. I have been a teacher for 13 years. I specialize in teaching in a virtual setting. I have been teaching virtual school full time for the last 11 years.
