This ongoing course will act a social group for tween (ages 10-12) transgender, nonbinary, and allied individuals. Teacher expertise and credentials
As a nonbinary trans feminine person of color, I have had many opportunities over the years to educate both children and adults about individuals who exist outside of the gender binary as well as issues that the group faces. Over the past 5 years, I have also had the opportunity to serve as a mentor to LGBT+ youth.

As a current educator in the public sector, I have many backgrounds within the education field that range from early childhood development to instructional technology. I also have had the opportunity to work with children from many different backgrounds in a variety of settings.
