Hello, Im Coach Stephanie! I'm a former Pro NHL Cheerleader, Figure Skater, and Miss New York! I will share with you my favorite exercise routine inspired by figure skating. Welcome to “Train Like a Skater”! You don't have to be a Skater to train like one! This class is great for -Anyone who always dreamed of being a Skater and wants to train like one! -Beginner & Recreational Skaters -Avid Figure Skaters This class is designed to enhance Fitness, Posture, Balance, Coordination, Strength, and Flexibility no matter your skating ability! Elements of Ballet, Dance, Yoga, and Figure Skating are combined. -The class starts with a 4-5 minute warm-up with aerobic exercises. For example jogging, jumping jacks, hamstring curls, hop-scotch. -Then we will go through Stephanie's body flow series to increase range of motion! -Next I will teach you graceful and elegant follow-a-long skating specific exercises. These include positions used for spinning, jumping, and balance. -We will then work on core strength -This class is completed with static and dynamic stretching for flexibility and stress relief! FYI: You'll be energized and motivated with my uplifting music! Can't wait share my personal ice skating playlist, that I used for actual shows and competitions. It will put your kids in a good mood and feel good. Dress to impress: Ice Skating outfits or dresses reccomended, but not necessary. Don't forget your Grace and Elegance! Safety and privacy is my top priority! Whenever students are active in class, there could be potential hazards (including, but not limited to, needing an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand) as well as injuries that can occur if not properly supervised in the Parental Guidance! Appropriate adult supervision is advised. Injuries can occur without parental guidance.

Appropriate adult supervision is advised.
Injuries can occur without parental guidance.
