Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Equipment: Hand or standing mixer preferred but not necessary, 1 Large Bowl, Kneading Board (or flat surface), Baking Spatula, 1 Sifter/Strainer, 1 pin roller, fork or lace material (optional)

4 oz Unsalted Butter (Kerrygold Irish Butter preferred)
1/3 cup Sugar
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Cornflour (not cornmeal)
1/2 tsp Salt
Green food coloring (optional)
Cocoa Powder (optional)
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
For these recipes, we will be using the oven and a knife. I will go over kitchen safety with the learners and instruct them how to properly hold instruments.
