In this class learners will create a turtle drawing! This is a hands on class where students will be creating the project as I demonstrate. Students can use the printable turtle template or create their own drawing. I will be doing a guided drawing of the example. Students can personalize their background and make choices. I will show students several examples to help with the brainstorming process! No prior knowledge is needed. Students have the choice of media-markers, watercolor or color pencil will all work for this project. I will be using fine marker & watercolor in my demonstration.

1. Drawing paper: 8.5x11 printer paper is fine 2. Thin black Marker 3. Chosen art media: students can use markers, color pencils or watercolor to finish their artwork 4. Turtle printable if they choose
