By the end of this class, students will have the knowledge and tools required to continue developing their music reading skills. They will be able to identify the parts of the music staff and locate pitches on the staff in the treble clef.
Supplies needed: 3 sheets of paper (8x11 is best so the flashcards are a good size but any size will work!) a ruler scissors a pencil and eraser optional: colouring tools (markers, crayons, pencil crayons etc.)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class requires the use of scissors to cut paper into flash cards. Please assist or supervise your child as needed. Thank you!
