These encompass topics like studying, organization, connecting with friends, handling responsibilities, getting the most out of your college experience, and communicating with professors. The course is structured in an interactive presentation and group discussion format. Professor Macias will share ideas and participants will have time to reflect and share ideas. Each participant will leave with a set of resources for future success to keep and build upon for their future as a scholar. There is no required experience or prerequisite for this course.

Students will learn communication skills, tips for organization and studying, and helpful insights for managing responsibilities as a young adult in a college setting.
