We all feel angry. It's okay to feel angry. But it's important what happens after you feel angry. How do you react? What do you do? Learners will explore what happens in their bodies and minds when they feel angry. They will then learn how to recognize their signals that indicate that they need to pull out some tools from their tool kit to help them regulate. After this, they will explore what type of coping skills can help them to calm down, think more clearly, and not let their emotions...
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
