US Grade Preschool - Pre-Kindergarten
In this on-going beginner series Dance Class, a warm up will be taught through a floor stretch and standing exercises. We will begin on the floor with basic stretches and will then work on movement through basic gross motor skills through various dance games. We will move onto a standing exercise, that will include basic dance steps and more dance games will follow! Music and games will be played through a weekly theme. We will end with a fun game of Freeze Dance. Week 1 - Under the Sea Magic Floor Stretch, Deep Sea Diving Game, Review Ballet Arm positions Ulili E Game, Standing Exercise and Freeze Dance! Week 2 - Super Cat Speed! Super Fly Floor Stretch, Cardio, The Exercise Game, Review Hip Hop Steps, The Getaway Game and Freeze Dance! Week 3 - Dance with your Stuffy Floor Stretch, Beanie Boogie Game, Standing Stretch, Beanie Dance Party Game and Freeze Dance! Week 4 - I Love Bugs! Floor Stretch, Ans on Parade Game, Standing Stretch, Grasshoppers Jump Game and Freeze Dance! Week 5 - Into the Unknown Floor Stretch, Ballet Card Dance Game, Standing Stretch, Wiggle Freeze Melt Game and Freeze Dance! Week 6 - Olaf's Frozen Adventure Floor Stretch, Olaf Game, Standing Stretch, Winter Game and Freeze Dance! Week 7 - Encanto Floor Stretch, Quiet Game, Standing Stretch, Card Game and Freeze Dance! Week 8 - Magic Fairy Garden Floor Stretch, Magic Garden Game, Review Ballet Feet positions, Standing Exercise, Garden Stretch Game and Freeze Dance! Week 9 - Gabby's Dollhouse Floor Stretch, Valentine Treat Game, Review Ballet Feet positions, Standing Exercise, Rhythm Game and Freeze Dance! Class will start back over at the beginning

Parental Guidance
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.

Hello! I’m Miss Lauren and am a performer, educator, choreographer and former dance studio owner in Milton, VT.
I am trained in various styles of dance including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical, Modern and Acrobatics and hold a Bachelors Degree in Dance. I am also a professional for Dancing with the Stars Burlington and have graced the Flynn stage with my performance in 2019 and guest performance in 2022.
I provide wholesome dance classes where movement and music selection is always age appropriate. My main focus is to create a fun and energetic learning environment allowing kids to express themselves! I have been instructing children of all ages for 18 years and have loved every minute of it!
When not dancing, I can be found spending time with my husband and two boys. Dancing has always been my number one love and passion and is the fuel for my soul! I can’t wait to see you in my class! Now let’s get moving!
Please note: Transfer request can be accommodated if requested a least 24 hours before the section begins. This allows time to fill the spot in class that your child was holding. I also try to respond to messages within 48 hours.Reviews
