Class Experience

In English, we only have one verb: to be. In Spanish, both SER and ESTAR translate to "to be" but they're used in different ways! In this course, we'll review the two verbs and their irregular conjugations. We'll then discuss how to know which verb to use in different applications. For more advanced students, we'll also review past tense verb forms and some special considerations for past tense.

I love teaching language! This is a great class for students who are learning Spanish and want to have a solid understanding of these two tricky verbs. I've taught Spanish for over 10 years and am confident you'll walk away from this class knowing exactly how to use these verbs!
