This one hour drawing workshop will allow students be creative in creating the face of a character of their choose while exploring a variety of tips and tricks to enhance their drawings of faces in the process. This workshop will cover facial proportions, shading, as well as using a full range of shades. I will use powerpoint slides as a tool to demonstrate techniques in addition to drawing along with the students. Students will be checking with regularly and encouraged to share their ideas...
Drawing Paper or Printer Paper, Sharpened Pencil(s), Blending Stumps (can be found at Walmart, Target, Michaels for less than $5), kneaded eraser (gummy eraser), a regular eraser.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
