Class Experience

Students will be able to sing, dance, listen to a story, and compete an arts and craft project. Students will also be able to talk with the teacher and other students about themselves as well as their show & tell.
I have 4+ years experience working with preschool aged children teaching art, music, fine & gross motor skills, social skills, reading, writing, math, social studies, and science. I am currently a part-time home-based behavior technician and a full-time ABA paraprofessional in a public school providing ABA therapy to children ages 4 and up diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Learner supply list will vary each week and will be posted in the classroom prior to each class. I will always give plenty of notice incase supplies need to be purchased.
*Please have printer access as we will need to print coloring pages and templates at times.

Here are some basic supplies needed:
-Construction & white copy paper
-Crayons, colored pencils & markers
-Paint & paint brushes
-Cotton balls, q-tips, popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners, glitter
-Smock (Optional)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents may need to assist their child with some of the arts and crafts projects especially when the use of scissors is necessary.
Teacher will utilize YouTube during class. Each class will be a different theme, so videos will vary. However, I know that we will definitely use lots of Jack Hartmann movement videos.
