Memorizing math facts can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be! As a former elementary school math teacher, I have a lot of fun tricks up my sleeve to teach you the times tables. You may not even realize that you're learning! In this camp, we will focus on the 6, 7, 8 and 9 multiplication tables, as those ones can be difficult for a lot of people. Building a strong mathematical foundation is extremely important in elementary school, as it only gets more challenging each year. 

This camp is set up over 3 days, at 55 minutes per day. Our schedule for the week is below:

Day 1 ~ 6's and 7's
Day 2~ 8's and 9's
Day 3 ~ Review and Kahoot!

We will start each day with an icebreaker/show and tell, then I'll do a short lesson using interesting methods and tips I've learned along the way, and then we'll discuss what we've learned as a group. There will be an occasional game or song to keep the kids interested! On the last day we will play a Kahoot review game. Learners are welcome to use an anonymous name while playing if they prefer.
