What can we learn from her? --Homework: Write a page of what stands out to you about Queen Victoria. Week 2: (Review Homework). The impact on children in WWII. How was England changed after WWII? --Homework: Write a page about how you think it would have been to be a child in war time England. Week 3: (Review homework). Winston Churchill: life and speeches. --Homework: In your opinion, did Winston Churchill really impact England--yes or no? Write one page. Week 4: (Review Homework). Margaret Thatcher: Why was she called "The Iron Lady"? How did she impact Britain? What can we learn about her, and why do people still talk about her today? --Homework: What makes Margaret Thatcher stand out to you? Write one page. Week 5: (Review homework). Queen Elizabeth II: How has she changed? Why did she become Queen? What can we learn from her? *Students do not have to have taken Time Travelers 1 to be able to take this class. *To all students and parents. Although I give homework, please do not feel pressured that you have to do it. The biggest thing that I want you to take from this class is to have fun. *Also you can request a new time if you need a different time slot. *Classes are subject to change
