The Interactive Learning Space came to fruition when Ms. Soldano recognized that learners need to be active participants in their learning experiences in order to make significant educational leaps. Gone are the days when students must sit quietly as the teacher talks and talks, expecting the students to pay close attention to every word despite the lesson's lack of entertainment and excitement. In 2021, it's widely known that part of a teacher's job is to make learning as interesting and rewarding as possible, lighting a fire in learners that inspires them to improve beyond what they could have ever envisioned. Ms. Soldano is a New York State double certified English and English as a New Language teacher. She teaches classes and creates learning experiences focused on a number of skills including writing, reading, critical thinking, vocabulary, English language proficiency, and humane education. She believes that all learners progress most when they're consistently exposed to learning experiences that are entertaining, unique, and stimulating.
