Description
Class Experience
Children will learn the importance of brushing their teeth twice a day and flossing. They will learn that it is important to see the dentist every year or even every six months. Children will learn about losing their baby teeth and that a new adult tooth comes in to replace it.
I am a licensed elementary school teacher who has taught young children a unit on dental health for several classes. I have also learned from visiting my dentist about the importance of dental health and how to care for teeth.
There will not be any homework given in this one-time class. The only homework is to brush and floss your teeth twice a day every day and to see your dentist.

There will not be any formal assessment or any letter grade given in this class.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
