Welcome to 'Time for German' - an 80+ lesson Scheme of Work which will take your learner from complete beginner to pre-intermediate level in the German language. More importantly though, your learner will have lots of fun along the way and will develop a love of language learning. The lessons are the same as my 'Time for German 101' course, but students will complete the course in half the time by taking two 45-minute lessons on a Saturday every week, separated by a 15-minute break. I am an Award Winning Fully Qualified Elementary/Primary School Teacher and German Specialist and I have 9 years teaching experience. I was a senior teacher up until March 2020, giving staff appraisals and leading school meetings. I was a school lead in co-operative learning for all subjects, employing co-operative learning strategies and techniques to make my lessons more engaging, fun and co-operative.

There will be a fun quiz at the end of each lessons to test out and practise your new knowledge.Grades Offered
A document containing all of the vocabulary for each lesson will be provided. Students can refer to this during the lesson but if you can't print it out, they will be perfectly fine without it. An additional activity such as a translation sheet will also be provided so that the learning can continue outside of the classroom. This is an 'extra' so the children can complete it only if they want to. For the quiz near the end of each lesson, the learner should be able to access Nearpod on their web browser. If this isn't possible, I will simply read out the questions for them to answer.
