Do you love learning new Tik Tok dance routines and performing them with your friends? Join us for a week long Tik Tok Dance Camp. Teachers will break down the moves to your favorite routines and you will have fun performing them with your classmates and friends. Each class will start with a short introduction and then dive into learning and performing the most popular Tik Tok dances. Students may even make Tik Tok Dance friends in this Dance Camp. You can also invite your friends to join so you can dance together! Each day we will focus on breaking down specific routines, then have fun by performing a few routines with the Dance Club. You will find out about new Tik Tok dances, get to discuss current trends and even work on some of the #dancechallenges. Sample Schedule - note each week the Tik Toks will change so you can join us for multiple weeks Monday - Renegade and Say So Tuesday - Don't Start Now and Hatchback Wednesday - All About Cake and Lean with it Rock with it Thursday - Tap in and New Thang Friday - Review of all Tik Toks and Dance Party / Dance Challenge Teachers will also create a new Tik Tok routine specific to the camp for some added fun. Learning Goals
Students will work towards a variety of Tik Tok Dance routines which they can show to parents at the end of camp. We encourage students to learn the routines and perform them for their family and friends after the camp.
Each day includes dancing plus games and activities. Students will have the opportunity to say hello to the other students in the class during the welcome and ending section of the class. Games include scavenger hunt, show and tell, charades, etc.
Each day after the dance class students will receive a print at home after dance activity. These include coloring pages or activity sheets. These are not mandatory but fun activities to compliment the dance classes.

Parental Guidance
There is a risk of injury in any physical activity. By registering for this class you are assuming all risks. Please supervise your children during the class. Ensure they have a space that is comfortable to move in. We recommend about 5x5 feet of unobstructed space. Please remind students to stay off the furniture and dance on the floor.
Tik Tok's platform is for ages 13+. We do not advise students to get Tik Tok accounts and these are not required for the class. The teacher will break down fun age appropriate Tik Tok routines to age appropriate songs or song edits. A Tik Tok account is not used for this class and students are not encouraged to follow Tik Tok accounts of have access to Tik Tok. If you are unfamiliar with Tik Tok or have any questions about the appropriateness of this class for your child please contact us prior to registering for the class.

Markham School of Dance was established in October 2001. Offering dance classes including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Modern, and Musical Theatre as well as performing arts in acting and vocal training.
We offer 5 main programs: Dance Stars for ages 2-5, FUNdations for Grades 1-12, Dance Intensive Examination program for Grades 1-12, Dance Company - Performance Team, Performing Arts program for Musical Theatre, Acting and Vocal. We offer an International Performance Program every 2-3 years giving students the opportunity to perform internationally. And have trained many students for obtaining their teachers certifications with various dance associations.

FAQs:
*What is the policy for refunds?
Limited Refund Policy - full refund up to a week in advance or within 24 hours of purchase. Within the week students can be moved to a different time of the same program if applicable or video recordings of the class will be available that you can watch through Outschool on your own schedule.
*What happens if the teacher cancels the class?
If in event of the rare situation that the teacher has to cancel the class, the class will be rescheduled. If you cannot attend the class that has been reschedule a video of the class will be provided for you to view.
*What happens if there is not enough students to run the class?
You will be notified if you are the only learner in the class within 48 hours before the class begins. The class may be postponed by a week, students can change to a different time within the same class or can opt for a full refund.
* Can I register for a class that is not in my child's age range?
If you are interested in registering for a class that is outside of your child's age range then we do ask that you contact the studio to confirm if that would be suitable. If you register for a class outside of your age range without confirming with the studio you will be unenroled and refunded.Reviews
