Class Experience
Games are a great way for language students to learn grammar in a fun and relaxed environment. In this class students will build their confidence in asking and answering questions using verbs in simple present tense. In this class, students practice and strengthen their memory of the various verbs and basic words in English. First students will review the theme and Words of the Week. Then students will play the TicTacToe game as a whole class, with each student having his/her own game...
In this class students will build their confidence in asking and answering questions using verb in simple present tense. They will also improve their critical thinking skills as they try to win each TicTacToe game.
I have been an ESL / EFL teacher since 2005. I have taught various English classes online and in five countries (South Korea, Japan,Costa Rica, Chile, and Ecuador). I enjoy teaching communicative English skills to enhance students' confidence and ability to use English in daily conversations and on social media. I have a TEFL / TESOL certificate, a BA in Sociology from UCLA in Los Angeles, and a MFA (nonfiction writing) from USC in Los Angeles.
