Class Experience
Dance with me in this one-time, spooky Halloween Jazz and Hip Hop themed Dance class! We will begin the class with an upbeat style warm up from tunes from Monster High and will continue with a brief floor stretch. We will then proceed into a choreographed dance routine to "Three of Us". Get into the Halloween Spirit with this fun and engaging dance class! This class is filled with Halloween fun! No experience necessary. Dressing up in Halloween costumes is encouraged for this class!
Your child will learn basic dance steps in a creative learning environment. They will also learn choreography to a Halloween dance which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music will also teach the student how to develop musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
There will be no homework assigned. However, students are encouraged to share their love of dance and perform their spooky dance to others.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students can wear their Halloween costume as long as they can easily move around in them. Please have long hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
