Threats to Marine Ecosystems (Ages 12-16)
Students will have the opportunity to learn about human impacts on the environment and the effects of our actions. They will develop an understanding of current climate issues and how to help create change!

This class will include an interactive PowerPoint presentation where students will identify what climate change is and how it impacts our ecosystems and sea turtles. We will address current issues such as greenhouse gases, ocean acidification, and habitat loss. It will conclude with a discussion about our current conservation efforts at Sea Turtle, Inc. and ways everyone can help reduce their impact on our planet.
