This class will include an interactive PowerPoint presentation where students will identify what climate change is and how it impacts our ecosystems and sea turtles. We will address current issues such as greenhouse gases, ocean acidification, and habitat loss. It will conclude with a discussion about our current conservation efforts at Sea Turtle, Inc. and ways everyone can help reduce their impact on our planet. The students will engage in question and answer and discussion throughout the length of the class. No prior knowledge is needed to join this class.
