In this one time course, your learner will increase self awareness skills by developing an understanding of how their everyday thoughts can influence emotions, as well as the actions and behaviors that follow.

In this one-time class, learners will explore the journey that begins with thoughts and perspectives, leads to feelings and emotions, and ultimately ends in how we experience and behave in the world. I am a licensed social worker with extensive experience providing counseling, mentorship, social emotional learning, and tutoring to toddlers, youth, and adolescents. I am also a homeschool teacher and a mother of two. Note that although this is a class that discusses thoughts, emotions, and social skills, this is not a therapeutic group. Students will not be asked how they feel or to share any personal information.
