Class Experience

This class will prepare students with the foundational math needed for 4th grade. This review covers the major concepts learned in 3rd grade so that the students are prepared for 4th grade. Students will review the place value system, number operations, fractions, geometry, and measurement in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment.
I will provide 2-5 example problems for homework after each class. This is voluntary. If a student is struggling, they can also post their concerns on the classroom wall for more clarification or message me privately. Homework should not take more than 10 minutes per assignment.
Students should have a math journal to keep their notes in and solve example problems.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
