I love math games! This class gives learners the opportunity to play math games with other learners and their teacher. Each class, we will play a different math game. Below is a list of math games your child can participate in. I hope to see your child in my class!

Week of January 7th: Steps and Slides
               Concepts: Multiplication and Addition

Week of January 14th: Winter Wonderland Game
               Concepts: Multiplication and Division

               Concepts: Multiplication, Division, Skip Counting, and Fractions

Week of January 28th: Capture the Fort
               Concepts: Subtraction and Strategy

Week of February 4th: Multiplication Monopoly
                 Concepts: Multiplication with multiples of 1-12

Week of February 11th: Sweet Treat Math Board Game
               Concepts: Multiplication and Division

Week of February 18th: Game Show Day
               Concepts: Multiplication, Division, Word Problems, and Place Value

Week of February 25th: Musical Instrument Board Game
               Concepts: Multiplication and Division

Week of March 3rd: Space Board Game
               Concepts: Adding and Subtracting Fractions

Hello families!

My name is Stephanie. I live in Massachusetts in the United States of America. I am a fun, passionate, and enthusiastic teacher. My favorite subjects to teach are math, science, and creative writing. There is so much to learn and explore! 

I graduated from Salem State University with a master's degree in Elementary Education. I also have a lot of previous experience teaching learners from Preschool to 4th grade. 

Learning is so much more than just listening to facts. Children need the opportunity to inquire, observe, and discover content that is being taught. My mission as a teacher is to make sure students feel engaged in my lessons and are growing as learners.
