Students will receive direct instruction in all areas of third grade math with a daily math class from a certified teacher, with other third grade peers to collaborate, engage and enjoy math together!
I taught third grade in a private school setting for several years. We used Saxon Math and I came to highly regard the curriculum as I watched students conquer difficult concepts using the cyclical program of development. Students did not get "burned out" on difficult content because we did not do a "unit study" on any concept; instead we cycled through and touched on each new concept a little bit at a time.
