Students will learn how to identify subjects and predicates in sentences.

Students will learn how to identify and use correct helping verbs in sentences.

Capitalizing Names of People, Places, Titles, Days, Months, Holidays, & More
Students will learn when to capitalize names of people, places, titles, days, months, holidays, nationalities, and languages.

Past Tense Verbs
Students will learn how to identify and use correct past tense verbs.

Students will learn how to identify prepositions and prepositional phrases.

Students will learn how to use quotation marks, commas, and capital letters with dialogue sentences.

Coordinating Conjunctions & Compound Sentences
Students will learn how to choose correct coordinating conjunctions and place commas when needed.
  • Students will practice grammar and sentence structure using interactive activities.

Students will receive 2 printable worksheets and activities for extra practice of the weekly topic.
