This class will equip your learner with the ability to make an informed choice about what foods they choose to put into their bodies.

Week 1 Topics
Please bring a canned good, boxed good, or any other food product that has a label to class. These products don't necessarily have to be healthy. You can basically bring whatever is readily available in your kitchen cabinet or pantry.
We will compare and contrast labels. Then, I will facilitate a discussion about filtering out what the food...
